1. Warranty Coverage

All Polyverus AI® AI translators and earbuds include a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
This warranty ensures that your product performs as intended — free from material or workmanship defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly

  • Loss or theft of the product

  • Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters


2. Warranty Period

  • Hardware Warranty: 1 year from the original date of purchase

  • Software Warranty: Lifetime software upgrades and updates are included at no additional cost

During the hardware warranty period, Polyverus® will repair or replace any defective product free of charge.


3. Warranty Claim Process

If you experience any issue with your Polyverus® device, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

  6. Free Return Shipping
    After service, we’ll ship your repaired or replacement device back to you at no cost.


4. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Software issues caused by unauthorized applications
